Installation

Install with pip

pip install PLMinteract

Install from sources

Alternatively, you can clone the latest version from the repository and install it directly from the source code:

$ git clone https://github.com/liudan111/PLM-interact.git

$ cd PLM-interact

$ pip install -e .[dev]

The following dependencies will be installed:

  • transformers==4.40.1

  • sentence_transformers

  • numpy

  • datasets

  • scipy

  • pandas

  • torch>=2.0.1

  • matplotlib

  • biopython

  • seaborn
